Live Transcribe is operated by Pavel Shalnov, a sole proprietor registered in Israel (עוסק פטור, registration number 345561294), Yosef HaGadam St. 35, Entrance 3, Haifa 3314523, Israel ("we", "us"). You can reach us at pavelshalnov@gmail.com.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles billing, sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.
Live Transcribe is a Chrome extension that transcribes and translates audio in real time. Audio you choose to capture is streamed to our speech-to-text provider and returned as text. Transcripts, translations and any saved audio stay on your own device; we do not store them on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

A Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from inside the extension, which opens Paddle's customer portal — no email required. Cancelling stops future charges; the month you have already paid for runs to its end.
If a payment fails, we keep your hours working while Paddle retries the charge. If the subscription is ultimately cancelled, the allowance ends at the end of the period you paid for. Purchased packs are never affected by anything that happens to a subscription.

Transcription and translation are produced by machine learning and are not perfect. They may contain errors, and they are not a substitute for a professional transcriber, interpreter, or legal record. Do not rely on them where accuracy is critical without checking the output yourself.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties, including Google Chrome and our speech-to-text provider. The service is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may change these terms or our prices. A price change never applies to a purchase you have already made; for subscriptions, we will tell you before a changed price applies to a renewal. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
You can stop using Live Transcribe at any time by uninstalling the extension. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a Pro subscription — cancel it first, or from Paddle's portal. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms; if we do, we will refund any unused purchased minutes unless the breach was fraud or abuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where the seller is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live — nothing here takes that away.
